1.Statistical process controlling (SPC)
Process
which aims at achieving good quality during manufacture through prevention
rather than detection.
Concerned
with controlling the process (machine) which make the product through
inspecting the process/machine rather than the product itself.
Deming
says that,
80% depends on management
20% depends on employee
2. Deming philosophy
The quality and the productivity
increases when the process fluctuation decreases.
His philosophy seems simple, requiring
nothing but common sense, and it is not complex.

1.Create and communicate to all
employees a statement of the aims and purposes of the company.
2.Adapt
to the new philosophy of the day; industries and economics
are always changing.

product throughout production.
4.End the
practice of awarding business on the basis of price tag alone; instead, try a
long-term relationship based on established loyalty and
trust.
